A world leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging is looking for Production Manager.
Main requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience at equal position
• Efficient team leader (20+ subordinates)
• Strong leadership skills, team player, excellent communicator/ presenter, goal oriented attitude
ability to work under pressure, positive mindset, strong motivation
• English - intermediate
• University engineering degree (mechanical or electrical engineering)
• Experienced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, SAP, CAD, etc. )
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of the results and goals of the Plant;
• Clearly communicate new goals and ideas with the team;
• Reliability of production area;
• Fast troubleshooting;
• Sustain and improve manufacturing standards at production area;
• Responsibility to comply to product specifications;
• Planning of corrective actions with an aim to achieve zero stoppages, zero accidents, zero quality problems;
• Stock management for raw materials and packaging materials;
• Analysis the key performance indicators;
• Analysis of losses of productivity;
• Machine efficiency monitoring;
• Root cause analysis;
• Losses elimination;
• Periodical technical meetings with Partner to discuss quantity issues and new developments or projects;
• Human Resources management in line with internal procedures;
• Planning of training requirements for all employees;
• SAP control – production and purchasing;
• Plant security and safety;
• Health & Safety;
• Guarantee high standards of Personnel Hygiene;
• Responsible for 5S, PDCA and implementation of Best Manufacturing Practices
